After loan take-out, you will be receiving a call or notification from our customer service to schedule your house inspection. Once everything is in order, our customer service will ask you to sign the Certificate of Acceptance.
Secure Your Authority to Move-in
Our customer service will also help you secure the Authority to Move In. You will be needing this document to apply for utilities as well as for home improvement works.
Apply for Electrical, Internet, and Water Utilities
Our Minami Residences property manager will assist you through the utilities application. You may inquire about the requirements, office schedules, and contact details.
Apply for Home Improvements
Minami Residences will have a few guidelines on how you may be able to do your home improvements. Inquire from the property manager and be familiarized on what may be done to upgrade your home.
Get to Know Your New Community
Drive around and get to know Minami Residences’ nearby establishments. There are schools, places of worship, and commercial areas that you and your family may frequent. Minami Residences is also located along Arnaldo Highway and is an easy ride to Silang, Dasmarinas, and Tagaytay.
